​​Requests are only taken at the artist's sole consideration! There is no guarantee of free work!

 

The below terms are assumed to be agreed to if the artist is contacted to complete a commission:
 

• Displayed prices are subject to change due to complexity, medium, size, or difficulty of the commissioned piece.
• Payment for all art must be made before art is started. Payment plans may be agreed upon, however all payment must be received by the point in which art is completed. If the art is completed prior to all payment being received, the art will not be delivered (either electronically or physically) until full payment is received.
• References and examples will be provided by the customer in order to assure proper completion. A quote will be provided once received.
• Sketch revisions will be allowed, up to two full sketch revisions or five partial revisions. Any additional will be subject to a $5 fee.
• Critique is welcome on all artwork, but may be rejected due to artist style.
• If a customer requests a refund prior to completion of the artwork, they will be refunded: 50% of paid amount if within the sketch/line-art process, 25% of paid amount if within coloring process, and no refund if the artwork has passed the coloring process.
• The artist only will accept USD, and prefers payment via PayPal.
• The artist may issue a refund and cancel any commission or request if customer is rude, inappropriate, or is unable to communicate the details of the requested work.
• The artist will not accept commissions or requests that deal with illegal, offensive or hateful imagery. This includes underage and racist material. This does not include most adult and x-rated material. Please inquire if unsure!
• The artist has the right to display any artwork, either request or commission, on any and all websites managed by the artist, including FurAffinity and DeviantArt. If there is need for the artwork to be postponed for display (I.E. a personal gift), it may be requested and honored.
• The artist retains all rights to the artwork produced, including the right to produce prints.
• The customer may NOT make prints of any artwork, and will not profit from the artwork in any form. The artwork may be displayed on the customer's personal websites and may be resized or cropped for display, but credit must be given to the artist, and the image displayed may not be of high resolution or unwatermarked.
• All customers will receive a copy of the full resolution, unwatermarked image as well as a watermarked, resized version for publication. The unwatermarked version MAY NOT be displayed on any website!
